• No Navy Reinforcement allowed; the navy reinforcement requesting team’s game will be forfeited and an automatic win will go to the opposing team.

  • No Aide Reinforcement allowed; the aide reinforcement requesting team’s game will be forfeited and an automatic win will go to the opposing team.
  • No Deck Battle allowed; the deck battle initialing team’s game will be forfeited and an automatic win will go to the opposing team.
  • Teams must show up ready on time (6am PST) on the day of tournament; late team will automatically be disqualified or get their match forfeited.
  • Each team is required to pay 5b as entry fee.
  • All ships/ship equipment or gears/player equipment or gears are allowed for the tournament.
  • Each team requires 5 members/players to form a team. Each team is allowed to have 3 extra members/players as stand-ins or substitutes. Representative from each team is required to report the names of their team members to the Host(Setsuna/Kenshin) before the deadline (October 7th).
  • If you leave the ring middle of a battle, you cannot re-enter the battle. If the admiral leaves the ring middle of a battle and retreats, the admiral’s team is considered lost.
  • In the group stage, teams will be matched with each team (in the same group) for an equal number of matches (A to B, A to C, A to D etc., 3 matches for each team). If there are more than 4 teams assigned in a group, teams will have extra matches to have equal number of matches against each team in a group (A to B, C to D, A to E in week 1, A to C, B to D, B to E in week 2 and so on).
  • Each match in the group stage consists of 2 rounds (battles). The team with 2 round wins gets 2 points. If both teams are at draw after two rounds (1-1), both team gets 1 point each. The team with 2 round loses gets no point.
  • After teams completes 3 matches (or more as needed) with each team in the same group, the 1st and 2nd position teams in the group will advance to the upper bracket and the 3rd and 4th position teams in the group will advance to the lower bracket, regardless of extra number of teams in each group.
  • If teams have same number of points earned and are tied at group stage, tie-breaker matches will be held to advance the winner teams to the next bracket.
  • First team to win 2 rounds out of 3 rounds (best of 3) advances in the upper and lower bracket finals/quarterfinals.
  • First team to win 3 rounds out of 5 rounds (best of 5) wins the grand final.
  • Use of Cannonball Processing Instructions (Fireworks) or any other cannon effects are forbidden. Players using Cannonball Processing Instructions (Fireworks) or any other cannon effects will disqualify from the tournament.
  • Teams may change member roles (admiral etc.) at any time throughout the tournament.
  • In case of a storm middle of a match, the match will resume with the remaining players only (If 3 players on team A and 1 player on team B are remaining, the match resumes as 3v1 match with the remaining players only).
